Foam Insulation

Tyvek

Did you know that wrapping a home in Tyvek seals it to keep water out as well as helping with the insulation factor?  This creates an air seal that goes above and beyond the R-factor of insulation.  The R-factor is measured by putting a heat lamp on one side of the insulation and measuring the temperature difference on the other side.  This does not take into effect the seal factor, which is one of the most important factors.  All homes built by Trinity Classic Homes feature Tyvek home wrap as a standard feature. 

On Demand Hot Water Heater

The installation of on demand hot water heaters in your new home is likely one of the most cost effective items to include.  With just a small increase over the traditional tank water heaters you will have a great return on your investment in short time as well as reap the benefits of its increased efficiency, usability and safety.
