Thank you

Trinity Classic Homes would like to say thank you!  We have had a successful 2011 and we appreciate your business.  Thanks to all of you who are reading our blog.  Thanks to all of you who have entrusted us with building or remodeling your home.  Thanks to all of you who have referred family, friends, and clients to us.  We appreciate it and look forward to 2012!

Split Face Stone Backsplash

Split face backsplash is made to look like stacked stone, each piece has several small stones and they fit together like a puzzle to make the finished product.  It's a great way to bring a more rustic finish to your kitchen, especially if you have incorporated stone and rock work on the interior of your home.

Set Apart

Many builders will give you a base price for a home and then charge you for a long list of upgrades that should be standard.  When you are getting bids be sure to ask the right questions.  What are standard features?  For example when you look at this picture you may see a bathroom, but this is what we see:
Granite Countertops
Undermount Sink
Oil Rubbed Bronze fixtures
Tiled Shower
Framed Mirrors
Custom Cabinets
Ceramic Tile
Stain Grade Trim
Cased Window
Low-E Window
Solid Core Door
The difference is in the detail.
Trinity Classic Homes
Superior Character. Incomparable Value.

Another Oakwood Spec

Trinity Classic Homes is in the process of completing another spec home in Oakwood Creek.  We have been busy building these spec homes and they have been in such high demand, selling as fast as we can build them.  Buyers are falling in love with the quality, finishout, and upgrades in each of them.  The finished product will be similar to this one built in the Woodlands West.  It will be about 2500 square feet on one acre of land.  If you are interested in finding out more information or would like us to build on your land.  Please contact us via e-mail or phone.

Stone Selection

Picking the stone for the exterior of your home is a very important decision.  The curb appeal of your home sets the tone of the property before the front door is opened.  The homeowner of this property was very specific and particular about her vision of the exterior stone.  After several meetings with the stone supplier, she picked three different stones that she liked and decided to incorporate all three in order to give the home a unique appeal that would make her vision a reality.
Trinity Classic Homes would be happy to assist you in creating the perfect curb appeal of your new home or remodeling the exterior of your current home.

Farm Sinks

Farm sinks are becoming more and more popular in new construction, this style of sink adds a vintage flair to any kitchen.   Farm sinks are deep kitchen sinks that have an exposed front.  They are called farm sinks because they were common in country farmhouses in the 1800s and early 1900s. Compared to a standard kitchen sink, a farm sink is typically larger, deeper, and heavier.  Extra bracing is required to accommodate the additional weight.  The above sink is a copper farm sink with a hammered look and additional intricate detail & design on the apron.

Water Well Drilling

Many of the homes that Trinity Classic builds are located in Parker County and require a water well to be drilled as there is no city or co-op water available.  The average well depth in Parker County is 200-300 feet deep, pumps 15-25 gallons per minute and taps into the Paluxy River.    Of course the up front cost is more, however many homeowners enjoy not having a water bill or water restrictions.

Rio Bravo Complete

Trinity Classic Homes just completed a spec home in the Woodlands West in Weatherford.  We are very proud of the product, so were the buyers.
The home features handscraped hardwoods and stain grade trim & window casings through out.
An open concept with hand troweled faux finished walls, Granite everywhere from the kitchen to the laundry room.
The kitchen features black glazed cabinets, stainless appliances, granite countertops and much more.
What a great home!  Trinity Classic Homes will begin construction on another spec home in Oakwood Creek soon,  it will be comparable to this home.  We can also build on your lot, help you find a lot, review and modify build plans to meet your families needs, or even start from scratch and draw up custom plans.
If you're thinking of building a home in the near future, Trinity Classic Homes would love to have the opportunity to meet with you, discuss your needs and give you a bid on building your perfect place!

Split Rail Coming Soon

Trinity Classic Homes will soon break ground on a custom home on the Split Rail golf course in Aledo. Stay tuned the building process....

Handcarved Doors

Aren't these handcrafted, handcarved, stain grain mahogany doors with a basket weave pattern gorgeous?  What a perfect way to lead into the master retreat.

Quadro Foil

This quadro foil adds the perfect touch to any small window.  Here is how it works: you start with a normal rectangle, square or round window,  pick a design, cut the design out of wood, stain the wood, add to window and then case the window.
